How involved should the family of the groom be in the wedding plans?

Answered By Editor

The bride and groom should not plan their wedding alone. They will really need their families to help them out in order for it to be successful. Usually, the family of the groom helps the groom take care of everything that concerns the rehearsal dinner, while the family of the bride helps her distribute the invitations and plan the reception. Ultimately, it depends on how involved the groom wants to be. The decision should be made between both the bride and groom together.
