Can you have a bridal shower/bachelorette party together?

Weddings Feedback: nooooo! One party is for the bride (duh) and the other…..
Weddings Feedback: bridal shower is like when friends/family give you gifts.
bachelorette party is spending your last night of freedom out with your girls.
i suppose you could do what you want though if you wanted to combine them.
Weddings Feedback: Well they are basically the same thing. I think the bridal shower is usually right after the engagement and the bachelorette party is right before the wedding (last night as a bachelorette kinda thing). But yeah, you could have them together, I don’t think most people usually have both.
Weddings Feedback: Yes there is, a bridal shower is usually a time when all the brides friends and family get together to celebrate the bride and groom and usually involves gifts. It happens about a week before the wedding. A bachelorette party is usually two separate parties, one for the groom and one for the bride. It is usually on the last night before the wedding and you do all sorts of fun things. You usually say bye to being single and go out dance, party, drink (responsibly of course lol).
I guess you can do both on the same day and then towards the end of the night go out and celebrate separately with your friends to start the bachelorette party. Although some people prefer to pass the last night celebrating together. It depends on your own likes.
If I were you just pick whatever you would like to do, it’s your party and you can cry if you want to lol.
Have fun and congrats!!!
Weddings Feedback: A bridal shower is something that your mother and your grandmother could attend. A bachelorette party is something that your mother and grandmother wouldn’t want to attend!!
Weddings Feedback: yeah bachelorette parties are fun…especially with male strippers, just make sure they know what their doing and their not gay lol.
Weddings Feedback: A bridal shower is when you “shower” the bride-to-be with gifts. A bachelorette party is a casual thing where you generally go out and party.
Weddings Feedback: what we did for my wedding was have the bridal shower in the early afternoon, then went out drinking, so essentially we had it together
