Can you answer Elysse’s question about Weddings?:
I am interested in networking with wedding planners in the area. I would like to do it by email. What are the things that I should bring up? Should I make it short and sweet? I was thinking about making a deal with them. Pictures of the wedding and $200 off the wedding package for the bride if she was referred by that particular wedding planner. Please give me ideas!!

Weddings Feedback: I think you are definitely in the right direction. If you offer a discount for your clients to use them as a planner and they do the same….I think you would have a great business relationship and a higher chance of receiving clientele. It is not uncommon for this type of relationship, look at location sites where they have employed their own wedding planner? Many locations I have been to, have a binder with featured photographers in which their “Wedding Planner” presents to all prospective brides…some even have a discount coupon for using one of their featured photographers. So emailing with a proposition would be a great first step.
