How to plan a beach wedding in Maine or NH?

Can you answer jame’s question about Weddings?:

I’d love to get married on the beach in Maine or New Hampshire, with a reception location on site or nearby, and still have an inclement weather backup plan nearby, and not spend a ton of money. (Some places are asking $139 a plate for a wedding and reception.) Does anyone have any suggestions of venues and how to plan a beach wedding?
